The wifi signal in the garage is strong showing 4 bars so that should not be a problem. I tried several times, including disconnecting and reconnecting the power to the opener, turning off cellular data on my phone. It gets reconnected to wifi but then stalls at the next step “waiting for device to go online”. The Aladdin app goes through the first stages fine.
